尊勢は近衛前久の子、信尹と兄弟。
遠州が目出度作事も終り駿府へ参ったことを祝った手紙である。
興福寺地訴論についても遠州が有利に問題を解決してくれたお礼もかね奈良名酒みぞろ酒二樽を送っている。
